Preferred’s mission is to deploy this extensive experience to the unprecedented challenges of secure disposal of completion and production fluids generated by the vast new energy resources of the Appalachian shales found in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Preferred is a new Ohio corporation formed by principal Steven M. Mobley to reinvest in the oilfield fluids business after building and selling a successful similar business in east Texas. It seeks to be a positive force in the communities in which it operates, buying and hiring locally whenever possible, with a strong commitment to local community causes.
